Life can really tough. Despite all our best intentions and wonderful family and friends, sometimes we need something extra to get over the hurdles in our way. My mission is to help those in a time of need to overcome and live life to their fullest potential
I'm a dedicated Christian, working in the Dundee area as a licensed mental health counselor. I know that alone we may fall short but with Christ we can overcome anything. I work with a broad cross-section of people and ages, from younger to those more seasoned in life.
My specialized training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, helping people retrain their brains with new thinking patterns to overcome depression or anxiety. I also use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy which enables me to help people working through more deeply rooted issues.
Other skills include training in parenting tactics to help with tough family issues. I work with people struggling with addictions or substance abuse, too.
